Write to hello@rentisle.com. This address is read by the people who write the site, and it is the address for every kind of message: a question about a company or a guide, a data-protection request, a correction, or a formal legal notice.

We do not run a call centre or a public office. Please do not send us booking references, payment details or documents relating to a rental — your rental contract is with the company you booked with, and they are the ones who can act on it.

What this site is, and is not

RentIsle is an independent comparison and information site about car hire in Malta and Gozo. We publish operator profiles, price snapshots and guides, and we link to booking partners and to operators’ own websites. Some of those links are affiliate links, explained on our disclosure page.

We are not a car rental company, a broker or a travel agent. We do not own vehicles, take bookings, process payments or hold deposits. When you book, your contract is with the rental company or booking platform you chose, on their terms and at the price they confirm.

Corrections and notices

If something on this site about your company is out of date or wrong, email us with the page address and the correction, and where possible a public source we can cite. We update profiles from public information and show the date each fact was captured, so a correction with a source is acted on quickly.

Third-party ratings shown on profiles are relayed from the named source with a capture date; we do not verify individual reviews. How scores are built is set out on how we rank.
